Redrow homes was formed in
1974. They started out as a small engineering company located
in North Wales. During the early 1980’s, Redrow Homes
began building private houses. Over the years, the company
has continued to expand. There was an acquisition of Whelmar
Homes in 1987. In 1993, Redrow Homes purchases Costain Homes,
which was in the South East. In 2002, they purchased Tay Homes.
