Linden Homes
Linden homes was founded
in 1991. This is a private group that is owned by the management
team and the Bank of Scotland. The management team owns 70.9%
and the Bank of Scotland owns 29.1%. At Linden homes they
have a flexible land acquisition policy. They can have such
a policy in large part due to the fact that Linden homes is
privately owned and well funded.
Linden homes are available
on about 30 developments at any point in time. They provide
homes that of various sizes and styles. Linden builds anything
from a one bedroom to a five-bedroom house. Many of their
developments have less than 30 homes. In fact, a majority
of their schemes have less than twenty homes. Individuality
is a key factor for Linden homes. Each development is comprised
of houses that reflect the area where they are built. The
houses are built using colors and treatments that blend in
with the surrounding area. One of Linden’s specialties
is turning Brownfield sites into innovative developments.
Many of Linden’s developments are award-winning developments.
With these homes then a valid
UK home insurance policy to protect your
investment, which may be the biggest of your life should be
purchased. A suitable home insurance policy to satisy your
lender would be buildings insurance, but it is also recommended
that you buy a suitable contents insurance policy to complete
your home insurance cover.
