Ben Bailey Homes was created
in 1933. They are Yorkshire’s longest established house-builder.
Ben Bailey Homes builds quality homes that are a good value
for their money and in doing so continue Ben Bailey’s
philosophy.
In 1967, Ben’s son joined the company.
His son, Richard became chairman of the company in 1983 after
his father’s death. Today Ben Bailey’s builds
homes in Yourkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Ben’s grandson Jon Bailey is now also a member of the
Ben Bailey Homes teams.
Ben’s company continued to grow for
decades after the company was founded. Their success can be
attributed to many factors including: hard work, having a
vision and a good business sense. They strive to build homes
with their own individual appearance and personal touch for
