Daihatsu
The Daihatsu motor company has its headquarters based in
Japan, and was established in March nineteen zero seven. It
had over ten thousand employees around the world. The core
aim of Daihatsu is to make smaller cars which are energy efficient,
reducing the impact of the automobile on the environment whilst
having a certain style and popular design.
Some of the Daihatsu car models available in the UK are as
follows:
Daihatsu Charade – three and five
door models with a small engine capacity are available as
fuel efficient vehicles which may save the driver a decent
amount of money on their average petrol bill. They also feature
a low car insurance grouping – group
five, along with good performance in crash testing –
so a safe model for all the family.
Daihatsu Sirion – a compact car available
in sporty models such as the ‘Rally’ and ‘4Trak.
Comparably a low car insurance grouping - still low
at eight- compared to similar type of car from other manufacturers.
Daihatsu YRV – looking a lot like
older Fiat Punto models the angular , sloping design of the
bodywork on this model is very appealing. Engines sizes for
all types in the range are one point three litres at the current
time.
Daihatsu Copen – The Copen is another
small compact vehicle with a small engine size (six hundred
and fifty nine cc) however compared to other models with such
a low engine size it looks great – much like newer Volkeswagen
Beetle models. Its convertible soft-top allows sun lovers
to take the top down and cool off.
Daihatsu Terios – available as a ‘Tracker’
or ‘Sport’ type, the Terios is a chunkier short
model, looking much like a miniature Land Rover. It’s
four by four system allows off road drivers to move over a
range of differing terrain whilst keeping their car
insurance premiums low – the Terios is group
seven.
